1. Install TC80 Driver on Windows(USB) [Driver Download]

(1) Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the TC80 printer.

(2) Then, use a USB cable to connect the printer to your computer.

(3) Download the driver file named TC80_A4-Windows-Driver-Latest_Ver1.2.4.2.exe. Click and run the installer.

(4) Follow the on-screen instructions, select "Install," then "Next," then "Finish."

(5) Check that the TC80 printer is connected:

  • In Windows 10, go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & Scanners."
  • In Windows 11, go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth & Devices" > "Printers & Scanners."

1. Install TY813 Driver on Windows (USB & Bluetooth)

Before downloading Windows drivers, please check the architecture of your computer.

(1) x64-based Windows - USB [Driver Download]

① Make sure the printer is turned off, then connect it to your computer using a USB cable.

② Connect the power adapter to the printer, plug it into a power outlet, and turn on the TY813 printer.

③ Then, download and unzip the driver file: TY813_LabelPrinter-Windows-Driver-Latest_Ver1.1.2.0.exe.

④ Run setup.exe, and follow the prompts: click "Install," "Next," and finally "Finish."

⑤ Verify the installation:

  • On Windows 10: go to "Settings" > "Devices" > "Printers & Scanners"
  • On Windows 11: go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth & Devices" > "Printers & Scanners"

2. Install TY813 Driver on macOS (USB) [Driver Download]

(1) Make sure the printer is turned off. Connect it to your Mac using a USB cable.

(2) Connect the power adapter to the printer, plug it into an electrical outlet, and turn on the TY813 printer.

(3) Download and run the driver file: TY813_LabelPrinter-Mac-Driver-Latest_Ver1.1.7.pkg.

3. Install TY813 Driver on ChromeOS (USB)

Like the True Image TC80 printer, the True Image TY813 printer only needs to add an expansion to start working.

(1) Turn on your TY813 printer.

(2) Connect the printer to your Chromebook using a USB cable.

(3) Install the printer extension:

  • Open the Google Chrome browser, click the three-dot menu in the upper right corner, go to "Extensions", and select "Visit Chrome Web Store".
