Install Driver on Windows via Bluetooth

Follow these steps to install the Y813BT printer driver via Bluetooth.

Open the installer

Run the installer and select "Install the printer driver", then click Next.

Choose connection type

Select "Bluetooth", then click Next.

Pair the printer

Go to "Printers & scanners" in Windows Settings, pair the Bluetooth printer, then click Next.

Scan the printer

Wait while the installer scans the Bluetooth printer.

Select printer type

Select "Y813BT-FAA2" from the list, then click Next.

Finish installation

When the driver installation is complete, click Close.

Notice: Bluetooth Printer May Show "Driver Unavailable"

This is normal and does not affect printing. action is required.

Install the Driver

Install Driver on Mac via USB

Follow the steps below to install the Y813BT printer driver on your Mac.

Run the installer

Run "LabelPrinter-Mac-Driver-latest.pkg". Read the note, then click "Continue".

Select the disk

Installing this software requires 272 KB of space.

Start installation

Click "Install" to begin the standard installation.

Enter your password

If prompted, click "Use Password..." and enter your Mac password.

Check the Printer in System Settings

Finish installation and add the printer if needed

After the installation is completed, check whether the printer appears in Printers & Scanners.

Step 1. Connect the USB Cable

Connect the USB-A end of the cable to the adapter, then plug the adapter (USB-C end) into your Chromebook.

Step 2. Connect the Power Adapter

Step 3. Turn On the Printer

Turn on your Y813BT printer.

02. Install FlashLabel Extension

On ChromeOS, install the FlashLabel extension from the Chrome Web Store.

Open the Chrome Web Store, search for “FlashLabel”, and add the extension. You can also use Chrome menu → Extensions → Chrome Web Store.

Connection Tip: If “Y813BT” does not appear and only “yxwl-printer-driver” is shown, hold the printer button for 10 seconds until you hear three beeps to reset the connection. Then look for “Y813BT” again.

03. Print with FlashLabel

Step 1. Print Your PDF

Open a PDF file in the Chrome browser, choose “FlashLabel” as the print destination, select the correct paper size, and click “Print”.

After installing the driver, keep the printer connected via USB and follow these steps.

Open Print Settings

Go to Preferences > Print Settings.

Click Add

In Print Settings, click Add.

Select the USB printer

Choose your USB printer, then click Forward.

Choose the brand

Select YXWL from the brand list, then click Forward.

Choose the model

Apply the settings
