Remove or replace printer cartridge
One clear indicator of low print quality is the level of ink or toner in a cartridge. If the printer indicates low ink levels or there are stains on the paper, remove and replace the cartridge. Here's how.
1.Turn on printer.

Let the printer rest
There are times when the quality of prints are caused by continuous printing activity or the lack of it. If you have been continuously printing, let the printer rest and cool down for 30 minutes before resuming printing.
