First, the ordering process was pretty great. When I ordered these, I expected them to take a week or two to be delivered. However, I ordered them on a Friday and they were sent out via FedEx the same day and delivered on Monday. Second, the were nicely packaged and not just thrown in a box or a bag. I should have taken a picture of the packaging but I have already thrown it away. But it had nice graphics and very professional. Last, the toner cartridges were easy to install and so far the print outs look great. The last set of cartridges I brought from a competitor were horrible. They caused my printer to make a grinding noise due to them not seated correctly in the printer. The True Image cartridges popped in tightly and my printer no longer makes the horrible noise. So thankful!
I can't speak to longevity yet but the one year warranty gives me peace of mind. If something changes, then I'll update my review but for now 5 stars!
