Shipping Policy1

True Image packs and ships orders Monday to Friday from California. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from date of order via UPS or USPS. We ship to U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico (PR), however we do not ship to APO/FPO, US territories (except PR) and international addresses. Please note we do not offer expedited shipping (eg: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select) at this moment, so please plan accordingly.

We will contact you if the item in out of stock or if we need additional information regarding shipping verification.

Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with shipment tracking information.

 

FREE Ground Shipping with $50 Order

For orders $50 or more, we offer free ground shipping to U.S. 48 states. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and PR, we charge a flat rate shipping of $5.95.

 

Flat Rate Shipping

For orders below $50, we offer a flat rate standard shipping of $5.95 to U.S. 50 states and PR shipping address.
